Welcome to The Wedding Boutique! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by The Wedding Boutique (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a wedding decor company based in Mississauga, Ontario. By engaging our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Wedding Boutique provides decor services, including but not limited to design, setup, and teardown of decorations, as outlined in your service agreement or contract. Specific details, such as scope, timeline, and pricing, will be agreed upon prior to the event.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are scheduled through our various contact methods on a first come first service basis. Payments can be made via [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.]. 

3. Cancellations and Refunds 

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies or force majeure). In such cases, we will refund all payments made, but no further liability will be assumed.

4. Client Responsibilities 

You agree to provide accurate event details (e.g., date, time, venue) and ensure access to the venue for setup and teardown. 

Any venue-specific rules or restrictions must be communicated to us in advance. 

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for decor installation.

5. Changes to Services 

Requests to modify services (e.g., decor style, quantity) must be submitted before the event and are subject to availability and additional fees. 

We reserve the right to substitute materials or items of equal or greater value if agreed-upon items are unavailable.

6. Liability 

The Wedding Boutique is not responsible for damage to decor caused by guests, venue staff, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents). 

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph our work for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing to opt out prior to the event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mississauga, Ontario.
